Plant Bae guarantees only quality plants and excellent customer service be delivered to you and yours! We ensure all plants will be thriving, packaged well, and you are completely satisfied! Plant Bae will check the temperature in your region during the winter seasons to ensure a safe delivery, but it is your responsibility to check weather conditions in your area when placing your order. You could contact us by message to hold the order or add heat packs as necessary. If you do not purchase a heat pack, cold damage will not be covered. We are not liable of damage to the plant if it is left outside or unattended in extreme weather conditions.
SHIPPING
Please note that this sale is for 1 live plant, resembling the same size pictured in the listing.
Plant will be shipped in a 3" nursery pot and will not be shipped bare root, any other plants or decorative pots seen in pictures are not included. All plants in 3" nursery pot are shipped USPS Priority Mail , please allow for 1-3 days handling, we only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, & Wednesdays. If you place an order after Tuesday 12PM, it will ship out the following week unless you purchase expedited or overnight shipping service. We are currently only shipping live plants within the U.S. Please be sure to double check your delivery address, we are not responsible for plants being delivered to the incorrect address. Shipping Upgrades are recommended for any customers with delivery deadlines or regularly experience delays with local carriers. If you need to change address or update the delivery service contact Plant Bae soonest possible to ensure changes are made in a timely manner.
NEED HELP
Check your plants immediately upon arrival, and communicate with us by message with a photo if there is any discrepancy. Some damage to leaves and loss of leaves upon arrival due to change of environment can be expected. Please do not repot your plant immediately upon arrival, they are stressed from the travel and will need some time to assimilate in there new homes. We will not be able to replace or exchange the plant if it has been repotted within 3 weeks of arrival. None the less we are always happy to help.
